The Festival Manager is responsible for managing the event and all aspects related to the event, including management of the Festival team of staff and volunteers. Reporting to a Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Event Management or Event Coordination and managing a small team. This is a position for an energetic self-starter who is capable of both working independently and in collaboration with other members of the team.
Very important is the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to troubleshoot in high-pressure situations. This contract position is available from 2 July or earlier until 31 October 2018 and is based in Twillingate Newfoundland. >>>

The Festival Assistant works as the right hand person to the Festival Manager and works on office set-up, organize and maintain all aspects related to office management and administrative support to the Festival Manager.
The ideal candidate will be very organized, detail oriented, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and able to multi-task. Previous office or event experience will be an advantage. Training will be provided. >>>
The Unscripted Twillingate Digital Arts Festival has a JCP position available as a Community Outreach and Volunteer Assistant.
Under the supervision of the Festival Manager the Community Outreach and Volunteer Outreach Assistant will be responsible for community outreach, recruiting volunteers and coordinate and support volunteers during the festival. This position is available from 1 July until 5 October 2018.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with the public or community relations and volunteers and have some experience working in an office. Training will be provided. >>>
The Unscripted Twillingate Digital Arts Festival has a contract or JCP position available for a Marketing Communications & Social Media Assistant.
Under the supervision of the Festival Manager, the Marketing Communications & Social Media Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of the marketing and social media promotion of the festival.
The ideal candidate will have some marketing communications experience and able to promote on social media channels such a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Experience with the admin of a website will be an advantage. Experience with media relations will be an advantage. >>>
