Biography

Kathryn Taylor Musseau is a contemporary romantic comedy author whose first book, Misty’s Misadventures, was recently digitally published on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. Misty’s Misadventures is a humorous yet heart-warming tale of a broken-hearted divorcee who moves to Charlie’s Cove, NL, where she finds unexpected success and a new relationship. That is until her scheming boss highjacks her new life for his own gain by publishing her diary and running a love lottery for her heart.

Misty soon discovers that losing and finding yourself are just two sides of the same coin.

Following completion of her manuscript, Kathryn competed and was successful in being accepted into the Incubator Program of Women in Film Toronto to adapt her book to film. Over the next year, she worked with renowned script editor, Ken Chubb. Snowfall Films of Burbank, CA, has optioned the film script. They are currently seeking a locally based or Canadian producer interested in co-developing the project.

Kathryn is from Grand Falls-Windsor where she currently resides after several years in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick where she worked in both television and public relations. She holds a degree in English and Art from Acadia University.

She is host of Exploits Central on Rogers TV Community Channel and also a partner in ShiMoves (She-Moves) Bellydance Studio.
